Hester Langkamp-Waanders
Hester Langkamp-Waanders is a teacher from the Netherlands. She's a teacher, but she doesn't teach pupils anymore. She has a job called "interne begeleider". She works at a primary school and it's her responsibility to make sure that all the pupils and the teachers get the help they need. She regularily speaks with teachers, observes pupils and teachers in the classrooms, talks about the results of tests and so on. If there's a problem or a question for more help, she coordinates this help. She also speaks toparents and other specialists.
