APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS 2013/14

Students must be nominated by their home universities and applications should include all the requested documentation.

  • Applicants are expected to have a good level of proficiency in English (for subjects in English) or Spanish to pursue studies.
  • Agreements between the University of Huelva and its partners are normally school or subject specific, but you may take one or two subjects from other schools/subject areas if your home coordinator agrees to this.
  • We do not automatically send official acceptance letters. All nominated students covered by Student Mobility numbers featuring in the Bilateral Erasmus Agreement are automatically accepted.
  • Orientation information will normally be emailed to all students once they have been nominated
  • Non European Erasmus students should write to our office for an acceptance letter for their visa application procedure. More Information on Visas at: http://www.uhu.es/english/degree/
  • Important- Only students who can provide a European Health Card or proof of private medical insurance for their time in Huelva will be allowed to register for subjects.

How to apply?

  1. Download the Application Form (link)
  2. Download the Learning Agreement(link)
  3. Read the Application Instructions carefully.
  4. Complete all the necessary sections making sure you include your passport or id number without which we cannot process your application.
  5. Print the form.
  6. The Learning Agreement must be signed and approved by your home institution (the sending institution).
  7. Please send your Application form and Learning Agreement to our International Office by E-mail and a passport colour photo with white background and with your name and passport number clearly written on the back by post. The Learning Agreement may be sent after the application by Email if students have difficulty in having the document prepared and signed to send with the application. We do not require transcripts or CVs. We will not accept any documents sent by Fax. If your home university requires your Learning Agreement to have two original signatures you can send the document by post.
  8. Academic Calendar 2012 2013 (pdf). The academic calendar for 2013 2014 has not yet been published.
